20-day return policy for complaints and refunds; backgrounds, clothing, hair, and facial scars do not qualify.

Access is per student, by secure code. No public student lists, no names in any URL or page. Public portfolio use follows your school's photo release process, and opt outs are honored before a single image is uploaded.

Families order directly through their secure gallery and pay by Zelle, or cash on picture day, exact change please. No invoice chasing by your staff. Each event has a published deadline, a short late window, and a final close.
There is a published retake window after galleries go live. If a photo is genuinely unusable, it is replaced at no charge.
A named on site coordinator, plus a same day line during shoot season. The day of checklist and the chain of communication are attached to your agreement.
